We are a leading forklift company seeking a professional and experienced Receptionist to join our team. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for our customers and visitors, ensuring that they receive a warm welcome and excellent service.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate department
- Manage the company's main email account and respond to inquiries in a timely manner
- Perform general clerical duties, including data entry, photocopying, and filing
- Assist with invoicing and accounts receivable as needed
- Maintain an organized and tidy reception area
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and email management systems
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Bilingual preferred
This is a full-time position with a starting rate of $15-$17 per hour, depending on experience.
