What You'll Do Each Night
As a Production Line Operator, you will work only 4 days a week providing 3 days off. The night shift works 10 hour shifts starting at 6:30am - 5:30pm, with overtime on Friday's as per production demand. You will assemble custom products through various operations along an assembly line. Some production associates assemble specific parts of the hot tub, some operate machinery, while others may perform product testing and/or packaging operations.
You will work with your team to both ensure the product meets quality standards, and to continuously innovate and improve your processes, which makes your own job easier, more efficient, and safer. This entry-level position can be the pathway into your career with Bullfrog Spas and is a great way to transition from less predictable fields like construction or food service.

Responsibilities You'll Be Asked to Perform
- Assembly and operations typical of your assigned manufacturing station
- Attend daily team huddle meetings to discuss team performance, achievements, and safety
- Contribute ideas for process improvements in your area and wherever you see an opportunity to improve something
Requirements
- Ability to work on your feet for a full shift each day performing manual tasks
- Able to lift (15 - 50lbs)
- Ability to read written material
- Ability to interpret and build to the specifications on visual manufacturing plans
- Problem-solving skills
- Positive attitude & team player
- Eligible to work in the US
Bonus Skills We Like, but Not Required
- Construction experience
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects and/or work in physically demanding areas of the line
- Experience in manufacturing or other assembly work
