Delphos Industrial Mechanic
Position Summary:
This position is located at the Bunge North America soybean processing plant in Delphos, OH. Must be safety conscious and willing to work 2nd and 3rd shifts. Starting pay is $28.21 per hour plus a $1.00 per hour shift premium, full pay rate after meeting skill qualifications and education requirements is $31.91 per hour. Qualified applicant must be able to work independently following a 90-day probationary period. Current position is 3rd shift.

Delphos Industrial Mechanic
Position Summary:

Core Functions:
- Repair gearboxes, drive couplings, chain drives, belt drives
- Troubleshoot and repair pumps, centrifugal, piston, rotary and other positive displacement pumps
- Analyzes mechanical and operational problems on assigned equipment and plans for and takes corrective actions.
- Makes necessary corrections and running adjustments to maintain maximum production and quality
- Create and work in a safe environment
- Timely completion of tasks and work orders with appropriate documentation according to standard operating procedures, applicable standards, guidelines and policies
- Troubleshoot and repair facility machinery
- Perform preventative predictive maintenance
- Other duties as assigned
- High School diploma or equivalent. Some college coursework preferred.
- Minimum 3-5 years industrial mechanical experience preferred
- Must be able to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in varying temperatures
- Ability to follow policies and procedures
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Willing to work overtime and flexible hours, including holidays and weekends
- Good attendance
