Open roles include :Plant runs 24 / 7 operations. Schedules will vary & will work a rotating 12-hour shift schedule. Bunge offers a generous compensation and benefits package.
Pay starting at $21.84 and up. Experience in manufacturing is preferred.
Core Functions :
- Properly identify and handle quality package supplies and product
- Ability to lift product that weighs up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis.
- Perform and complete package quality check and respond to problems.
- Perform manual work such as hand palletizing, taping boxes, adding ingredients, etc.
- Perform rework, such as relabeling, transferring, and disposing of product.
- Perform all assignments satisfactorily, safely, and maintain good attendance.
- Ability to have delegated tasks changed throughout the shift as needed.
- Flexibility in working different shifts as needed.
- Ability to work OT as needed.
- Fork Truck Operation
- Cleaning and sanitizing of production lines and tank forms.
- Other duties as assigned.
Knowledge and Technical Competencies :
- Must be able to follow detailed work instructions.
- Must be able to climb ladders and comfortable working at heights.
- Ability to change jobs due to operation fluctuations.
- Must work every other weekend and holidays as scheduled.
- 12 Hour Shift, 7am to 7pm or 7pm to 7am
- This is a union hourly position.
Education / Experience :
- High school diploma or equivalent are preferred but not required.
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
