What are the responsibilities and job description for the Trader-FRM position at Bunge?
Overview: Work with North American origination team developing, implementing, and executing financial risk management solutions to the mutual benefit of our businesses as a value added service. These duties will require close collaboration between grain and OVC business units with local and management levels.
Essential Functions:

Manage relationships with commercial managers at crush plants in region
- Maintain strong working relationship with senior merchants and key producer accounts
- Develop strategies that assist customer base in risk management
- Primarily soybean producers but also corn, wheat , and soy meal
- Market BNA Financial Risk Management products to BNA customer base
- Develop seasonal campaign strategies targeted to local customer base
- Prospect and develop new accounts for financial risk management solutions
- Assist in internal and external training on risk management tools
- Oversee administrative process of deals from end to end communicating with trading team and relaying that information to origination team
Skill/ Experience Requirement:
- BS degree in Business, Finance or Agriculture Economics
- 3-5 years experience in commodity marketing /trading
- Options experience a plus
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Working knowledge of all North American Ag Markets
- Sales and negotiating skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- Excellent communications skills
- Attention to detail required
- Ability to learn and quickly and function in time sensitive environment
- Computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft office and option pricing software
