What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Manager position at Bunzl?
The Office Manager will manage and oversee all office functions for the branch, including direct supervision of departments as assigned. In addition, this position is the branch level IT contact and will work the Regional staff to solve issues.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise staff in departments as assigned (e.g. A/P, A/R, Acct, and general office)
- Negotiate office contracts with outside vendors
- Prepare and run month end reports
- Assist branch with Corporate Record Retention Program
- Coordinate branch responsibilities such as payroll reporting.
- Conduct new hire orientations and field questions regarding pay and benefits from employees
- Handle first level IT issues; troubleshoot problems and maintain equipment
- Coordinate new employee onboarding (IT access, office equipment, computers, phones, etc.)
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 3 years of accounting knowledge and/or customer service experience
- Proficient in MS Office Products (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)
- AS400 experience is highly preferred
- Produce solid analytical problem-solving skills
- Prior management experience is highly preferred
- Multi-task and perform with a high level of energy
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality
