REQUIREMENTS
- Must be 21 years or older
- Minimum of 2 years in a AGM role (QSR preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to direct and coach team members
- Comfort working with budgets, payroll, revenue, and forecasting
- Drive-thru and Catering experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of commonly used restaurant practices, concepts, and procedures
- Strong administrative, multi-tasking, organizational, and prioritizing skills
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Great customer service, with the ability to manage guest concerns with professionalism
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Hungry for growth (and Italian Beef)

Pay: $47,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
