Department of Health and Human Resources (DHHR)/Office of Human Resource Management (OHRM)/Kanawha Co. - Under general supervision performs full-performance level work in coordinating, planning and developing specialized and general training programs of both technical and non-technical content for DHHR. This position will serve as a help desk support for the training and developing team. This position also serves as the primary contact for bureau/office support for the DHHR Blackboard Learning Management System, GoSignMeUp online registration system. Maintains the OHRM Intranet website. Responsible for the mandatory training courses within Blackboard, department-wide.
You can expect to perform the following duties:
Minimum Qualifications
Training: Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with a major in education, communication, counseling, social work, business administration, industrial relations, or related fields.
Experience: Two years of full-time or equivalent part-time paid experience in teaching, training, or staff development.
Substitution: Masters degree from an accredited college or university in education, communications, counseling, social work, business administration, industrial relations, or related fields may be substituted for one year of experience.
Preference will be given to applicants with a technology background.
