What are the responsibilities and job description for the Collections Representative position at Bureau of Account Management?
We are looking for a Spanish speaking professional and caring individual to join our team of Collection Representatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in telephone communication and customer service, strong sales skills and excellent customer service. Our Collection Representatives work collaboratively with other departments to collect outstanding accounts, as well as enforcing company policies within the Call Center environment. We are currently in need of a bi-lingual candidate for our Spanish accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Solve problems and interact with customers over the phone.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
