DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for a Test Lead with 10 Years’ experience
• Strong experience in Testing, test Automation, Test strategy and planning
• Driving effective client communication, escalation management
• Leading teams to bring out their best performance through mentoring, guiding, and demonstrating
• Experience of setting up reusable automation tools for large portfolios
• Experience in comparative analysis of testing tools, evaluating the tools based on requirements
• Ability to plan & perform POCs based on requirements
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Sound understanding and working experience of testing methodologies (BDD, TDD, ATDD)
• Strong experience of working in Agile & Enterprise Agile frameworks
• Strong experience in setting up mature automation frameworks to fulfill specific client requirements. This covers UI, API & E2E test automation.
• Strong understanding of Performance testing & monitoring principles. Experience with JMeter (preferred) or any other performance testing tools
• Experience and conceptual understanding of Continuous Testing & In-Sprint automation methodologies
• Experience and understanding of key testing metrics and ways to improve them
• Sound understanding of test data management tools & techniques
• Excellent understanding and at least 3-4 years’ experience on Containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift)
• Strong hands-on experience with Core Java, Selenium, REST-Assured, Cucumber, TestNG, JUnit, Maven/Gradle, Selenium Grid, Allure Reports
• Technical leadership – Contributing to Open Source, publishing articles, presenting in conferences. Candidates with demonstrated contribution will be preferred.
