Job Description
Role- Avaya/Unified Communication Engineer
Location- Oklahoma City ,Oklahoma. (Onsite day one)
Duration- 12 months
10 to 12 years’ experience in Avaya telephony
Should have led team of 4 to 5 resources (Onsite, Offshore)
Coordination with customer for all technical issues
Should have hands on experience on below technologies/products:
Avaya Aura Communication Manager R6.x or higher.
Avaya Media Gateways - MCC, G650 and G450s.
Call Center Elite with VDN, Vector programming.
Avaya Call Management System
Avaya call recorders.
IX Messaging/ ESNA voicemail system.
System Manager and Session Managers.
Avaya SBC
Vidyo video system.
Cisco TMS video systems.
Site visits for faults finding and project activities.
Willing to extend on-call support on 24x7 basis as and when required.
Should work as single point of contact for onsite UC related tickets, issues or coordination.
