Summary Of Responsibilities:
- Monitor food preparation and adherence to specifications
- Ensure cash control and security procedures are followed

- Direct restaurant team towards efficient product preparation and sale
- Uphold operational and brand standards
Qualifications And Skills:
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
- High School Diploma or GED required, 2 years of college preferred
- 1-2 years of previous quick service restaurant management experience preferred
- Demonstrated leadership and guest service skills
- Available to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays
- Ability to work longer shifts and cover for other managers
