The Job
Burial Beer Co is looking for a Person of Many Skills to provide vital support to multiple departments. You will assist Maintenance & Facilities in keeping our buildings and vehicles in top shape, the Sales & Distribution department in getting our product onto retailers shelves, and the Packaging department in the final stages of the packaging process. The goal is to contribute to the efficient operation of the brewery.

The goal is to contribute to the efficient operation of the brewery.
The ideal candidate exercises critical thinking skills in every situation and seeks opportunities for improvement. You are safety focused, able to work independently and make decisions with confidence when needed.
What You'll Do
● Maintenance
○ Performs minor repairs to building fixtures, equipment, and vehicles
○ Operate a variety of company vehicles and equipment
○ Moves and/or re-arranges furniture, chairs, desks, tables, etc
○ Performs general grounds maintenance work including plant watering
○ Assists in maintaining cleanliness of company buildings keeping brand aesthetic goals in mind
○ Perform miscellaneous maintenance work such as touch-up painting
● Distribution
○ Assist Warehouse Manager in all order-building operations when Logistics Assistant is out of work or covering a delivery route
○ Fill in for deliveries to DTR or CLT taproom as needed
● Packaging
○ End of line inspection of finished product during packaging run
○ Building pallets of finished product
○ Assisting in preparation for and clean up after of packaging runs
○ Running keg washer to fill keg orders for production needs
Who We're Looking For
● Valid driver's license and clean driving record
● 21 years of age
● Perform basic arithmetic and geometry
● Special licenses may be required to operate certain vehicles
● Strong time management and service mindset
● Ability to walk, drive, and lift and carry heavy items for extended periods of time
● Able to lift 50lbs
● Repeatedly stand, bend, twist and move for full shift
● Power tool experience is a plus
● Vehicle maintenance experience is a plus
