Burial Beer Co is looking for a service oriented team player to join our Front of House team at the Forestry Camp Taproom.
Located on historic grounds, with plenty of room to spread out and explore, the Forestry Camp Taproom experience features over 24 taps, a full service kitchen highlighting approachable American dishes, cocktails, and a highly-curated selection of wine.
Our support team shares typical barback, food runner, and busser roles.

What You'll Do
- Gather, clean, and stock all glassware throughout a shift
- Ensure cleanliness of glassware and report any issues to manager
- Maintain cleanliness of dishwasher weekly by disassembling and cleaning components
- Clean trash and debris around the property as needed
- Change kegs when volume allows
- Communicate with management / bartenders about the state of the taproom and report any issues that need to be addressed
- Relay information to bartenders regarding customers, especially those engaging in prohibited activities
- Maintain a working knowledge of the company, brand, and beers so you can provide informed responses to customers if asked.
- Complete side work tasks as assigned
- Placing and replacing silverware as needed.
- Delivering beverages from the bartender if needed.
- Stocking serving stations
- Removing guests' dirty dishes and utensils.
- Delivering used dishes and utensils to the kitchen for cleaning
- Clearing tables as guests complete their meals and preparing tables for next guests
- Following and maintaining all sanitation and safety procedures.
- Performing closing activities such as cleaning chairs and tables, stacking chairs, preparing stations for the morning shift
Who We're Looking For
- Previous FOH restaurant / bar experience is a plus
- 18 years of age or older
- Able to work nights, weekends, and holiday weekends
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Physical ability to lift kegs
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Additional education, training, certificates, or experience may be required

- Reports To : Forestry Camp Taproom Manager
- Compensation : $12 / hour tips
- Employment Type : Part-Time, Hourly
Job Schedule : Weekend availability is required, work schedule varies
Taproom open Tues - Thurs 4 : 00 - 10 / 11 : 00, Fri - Sun 12 : 00 - 10 / 11 : 00
