As a WMS Support Researcher, you’ll be a critical part of the Point of Contact (POC) team, responsible for quickly and accurately researching questions and problems which are reported to the team. You’ll use your strong research and problem-solving abilities to identify the best solutions to the problems that are reported to your team. Your excellent interpersonal communication skills and positive attitude will be critical as you interact with a variety of internal and external partners to collaboratively solve problems. Your organizational skills will be key in ensuring you can successfully manage the variety of tasks that will require your attention on a daily basis.
This is role considered hybrid and can be located in either Burlington, NJ or San Bernardino, CA . The shift is Friday through Monday , ( 10-hour days) beginning at 7:00 a.m.
Responsibilities:
Research and investigate issues
Communicate status and resolution of all issues to stakeholders in multiple areas of the business
Involve appropriate management to assist with the escalation of items needing immediate attention. Provide summary of key issues to manager on a daily and weekly basis
Identify and takes steps to prevent potential situations that could result in loss of company assets
Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent
1 years' experience in Logistics and/or supply chain
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
Experience with SQL – Oracle
Interaction of multiple supply chain and enterprise systems including Manhattan WMOS, MHE (Material Handling Equipment), Order entry system
