What are the responsibilities and job description for the Punchlist Guy position at Burman Companies?
Burman Companies is looking for Punchlist Guys with 3-4 years minimum experience in Commercial Construction. Must have a driver’s license and qualify to enter Military Bases. Looking for self-motivated individuals who take pride in their work and appreciate being part of a small family company. If you have an eye for quality and love putting the finishing touches on projects, we want to hear from you.
Qualifications:
Ethical, Hard-working, Honest, Professional Punchlist Guy
3-4 years minimum experience
Willing to self-perform a variety of trades & finishes (though on any given project you will have 1-3 workers to assist you)
Able to effectively lead & direct 1-3 workers (bonus points for recruiting others already proven to work well with you)
Proficient in plan reading to ensure all systems & finishes are installed in harmony
Must have reliable transportation
ProCore experience appreciated but not required
OSHA 10 required (we can help you with this)
Proficient in Computer Programs & Email
Excited to TRAVEL WITH US FULL-TIME as we assist owners in nationwide expansion (Burman Companies is licensed/approved to work in 38 U.S. states and on Military Bases)

Salary: $60,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year, depending upon experience
