Junior Analyst

BurnAlong is growing!  We’re currently searching for a Junior Analyst to provide a wide range of support.  Reporting directly into the Co-CEO, the Junior Analyst will have an incredible opportunity to learn and gain exposure to both strategy and daily operations as BurnAlong continues to explosively grow. 

You will be responsible for providing continuous business performance analyses, reporting, usage insights, and forecasting. In this role you will also assist with our sales team compensation among other financial and performance-based analyses.

* Must be proficient in Excel with a high level of comfort with V-look Ups and Pivot tables.

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct various statistical and financial reports
• Complete analyses and create reports based on user behavior
• Conduct reports for key customers
• Assists in budgeting, forecasting, and related reports
• Additional Business Operations duties and tasks as required
• Assist with sales compensation and revenue share tracking and reporting
• Manage customer invoicing
• Become a key contributor to our highly collaborative team.
• Analyze monthly results and provide insight into key growth and profit drivers in our business
• Assists in the annual planning process and the regular forecasting process

About You:

• You are a good person and recognize others are too.  You maintain respect of others while working through tough challenges and tight timelines
• You are highly organized and can maintains statistical/financial reports
• You have 2-5 years related financial or analytical experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Data Sciences, Finance or Accounting required, MBA preferred
• Strong financial & accounting skills
• Strong skills in MS Office products (Excel, Powerpoint). V-look Ups and Pivot table skills are required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, especially the ability to distill complex and voluminous data into easily consumed insights
• Ability to multi-task and handle several projects simultaneously
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment to resolve issues
• You will be able to maintain a strong sense of organization and time management skills

• You have a strong drive for success, passion, dedication and an optimistic attitude
