Digital Marketing Analyst

Position Overview

Burns Construction Company, a leading high-quality Paving and Utility Contractor based in Fairfield County, CT is seeking a talented Digital Marketing Analyst. This opening is for a full-time position with excellent benefits, all candidates should have a degree in Marketing or a related business field. This is a new position due to our rapid growth and will be reporting directly to the President. Applicants must possess the essential skills and experience listed below.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead sales efforts by strategizing through marketing automation, email/direct mail, SEO and SEM
• Manage day-to-day messaging; update and manage company blog, e-newsletter and social media
• Create, maintain, and implement digital marketing and editorial calendars
• Assist in website development, by helping uncover opportunities for improvement and new ideas that help lead to growth and expansion
• Work with key business development leaders to coordinate strategic materials to analyze competitive market research
• Drive content strategy in accordance with company goals and objectives
• Monitor marketing campaigns for existing customers to ensure their needs are being met
• Identify factors to improve acquisition & retention performance to improve customer and revenue growth
• Create, manage, and maintain marketing KPI reports

Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing a plus but not required
• MBA preferred
• Hands-on experience with aerial drones a plus
• Product Management experience highly preferred
• Basic knowledge of marketing functions and operations
• Proactive team player with effective communication and presentation skills
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel, including lookups, pivots, charts and graphs
• Superior teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Applicants must reside in the U.S.
