Specific Accountabilities:
- · Accountable for establishing and executing strategic direction of current and future business growth.
- · Create and implement effective online site shopper experience, product marketing, and sales strategies.
- · Own and drive our A/B Testing roadmap to reduce friction in the customer journey from
- prospect to advocacy.
- · Develop and implement a segmentation and personalization strategy to create a cohesive
- omni-channel experience by partnering with guest service teams and store operations.
- · Collaborates with the Leadership team to analyze and report on key site performance
- metrics, drive ongoing product marketing initiatives, and make recommendations for
- improvement.
- · Collaborate with the social media communication and design teams on all product launches and promotions to meet and exceed revenue expectations.
- · Identify opportunities to optimize the site performance, search functionality, product data, product sorting, category filters/landing pages, cross- sell/upsell and post purchase
- · Lead the site optimization and identify opportunities to improve user experience (UX), across all platforms
- · Leverage the Freshop platform capabilities to engage and incent guests to increase their purchase behavior
- · Coordinate with Category Product Team to ensure product descriptions and details are correct and accurate at all times.
- · Coordinate with Marketing to ensure products images are correct and represent the quality, fresh, local products that we carry. Responsible for the loading of images
- · Conduct audits to ensure order pick and completion procedures are being followed to ensure accuracy and a positive guest experience
- · Lead the on-going identification, development, and implementation of site enhancements
- · Work with our current ecommerce partner and Spartan Nash partners to ensure that best practices within the platform are being executed
- · Provide daily and weekly reporting and documentation for our all metrics to our site performance
- · Work with Marketing to ensure coordination around the company promotional calendar
- · Lead and motivate the organization to help achieve online sales goals/ metrics
- · Lead by example; exemplify Busch’s beliefs and behaviors when interacting with fellow employees and guests
- · Assist in other departments as needed

Salary : $60,000 - $80,000
