What are the responsibilities and job description for the Treasury Management System Analyst position at Busey Bank?
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7 am- 4 pm.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage the monitoring and communication of critical system alerts and outages; ensure root cause analysis is received from vendors and logged.
- Monitor Treasury Management systems and processes, as necessary, promptly troubleshooting and escalating to leadership.
- Liaison with Core Vendor and Ancillary Services on system functionality, enhancements, and system updates.
- Leading testing, training, communication, and integration of system fixes and enhancements.
- Participate in system integrations, conversions, and acquisition activities, ensuring minimal disruptions to customer service and data accuracy.
- Function as a resource for Treasury Management Support throughout the organization.
- Support and actively engage in a cross-functional manner to ensure compliant operations and minimize risk.
- Assist with internal training efforts surrounding Treasury Management.
- Other departmental projects and duties as assigned.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING

- Treasury Management/Commercial Banking regulations and compliance

EDUCATION & TRAINING
- High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 to 7 years’ experience in Commercial Banking, focusing on Treasury Management.
- Experience with Jack Henry, Bottomline, nCino, Centrix, and FIS is preferred.
- Requires knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.
