Job Title: Sales Coordinator
Work Hours: 7am - 4pm, OT as Necessary; Work-from-Home Hybrid (must have ability to travel to home office when necessary)
Pay Rate: $21-$26 plus, Variable Compensation Package

Primary Job Function: Sales Coordinator/Inside Sales is a critical and multi-faceted sales, customer service, and department administration position. Your core role is to facilitate and assist the Profit Coach Sales Department in: Sales lead management and new client acquisition; Proactive lead follow-up; Activity and performance reporting; Sourcing and implementing sales performance-enhancing technology. This is a diverse role, interfacing with clients, partners, and all BDR departments in support of sales, service, and client-event activities.
Required Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years experience with a demonstrated success record in any of the following B2B, B2C, Retail roles: Sales Coordinator/Administration, Inside Sales, Customer Service/Sales
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Microsoft, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, D365, Teams)
- Quick-study intelligence with a self-starter attitude that "embraces" change
- Likes the phone: Exceptional phone skills and presence with strong active listening skills and consultative approach.
- Strong problem-solving mental acuity with the ability to effectively communicate solutions that drive positive outcomes

- 3 Years in a Professional office with increasing responsibility.
- 4-Year College Degree
