Androscoggin Bank has a rare opportunity for you to join our Business Intelligence team. The Business Intelligence Analyst provides subject matter expertise, working closely with key stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve business process and decision making through reporting, dashboards, analysis, and workflows. You would work with various data systems including Client Relationship Management (CRM), Marketing Customer Information File (MCIF), and IBM’s Cognos. We are looking for someone who will be an emerging expert and ensure critical data points are collected and organized in appropriate systems and databases, and then delivered to internal clients through meaningful reports.
Proficiency and experience with reporting platforms and SQL querying is key– and Snowflake skills would be fantastic.

Requirements
Education and/or Experience Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Other Qualifications: • Proficiency and experience with SQL or other database design and querying • Proficiency with multiple computer applications, specifically Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, lookup and logical functions) • Experience with reporting applications (Cognos preferred) and creating data visualizations • Excellent customer service and communication, interpersonal, and organization skills • Strong time management, including ability to handle multiple priorities and tasks. • Prior banking experience preferred • Prior database/ETL experience preferred
