Job Description:
The BA Operations Specialist II is responsible for providing support to our front office and operations team in the following areas:
Attendance & PowerSchool:
- Verify that student attendance records are accurately maintained in our student data management system (PowerSchool).
- Communicate with families daily to confirm absences from school
- Oversee early sign out process and maintain all related documentation.
- Retrieve and maintain all documentation related to absences, tardies and truancies.
- Work closely with the teachers, school counselors and leadership team to identify students with attendance issues.
Front Office Support:
As part of the Front Desk staff, you will be responsible for creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere in the school front office for our families, guests, students, and staff. This includes greeting and checking in guests, directing or escorting them to the proper person, answering all incoming phone calls, fielding requests from staff, assisting with daily student attendance, and other duties as assigned by the President or Vice President of Operations.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
