Butler and Quinn is looking for bilingual office assistant (spanish-English). Looking for an individual with strong comunication skills,both on the phone and in person. Interpret Spanish into English (vice-versa) in attorney meetings.Must be able to translate conversations and documents from Spanish to English;Must have excellent customer service skills, well organized and multi-task, work well with others. Needs to have knowlegde of computer.Administrative work, Set Appointments and answer incoming calls, proactive self-directed. Must be able to handle multiple phone lines.Experienced in answering telephones in a courteous, efficient and professional manner preferred.H.S Graduated. Comfortable perfoming multifaceted projects in conjunction with day to day activities. *Applicant must be fluent in Spanish and English. *Position will require traveling to various local county courthouses and immigration court for field related work in addition to in office duties. *Please reply with cover letter and resume.
