Flooring Sales Consultant Job Purpose:
Our Flooring Sales Consultants provide a first-class experience by offering excellent products and customer service to meet each customer’s specific needs.
Flooring Sales Consultant Responsibilities include:
· Develop a rapport with our customers and pair them with the best products and services to meet their needs
· Provide stellar customer service throughout the entire buying process including installation. Address and solve concerns immediately.
· Visit job sites to measure for products and assess installation needs
· Enter customer orders and payments into our computer system accurately and timely
· Maintain the cleanliness and visual appeal of the showroom
· Promote and share product knowledge among the other sales consultants
· Accurately complete all necessary paperwork to process customer orders in a timely manner
· Maintain confidentiality of pricing and internal operations
· Adhere to all company policies and procedures
Requirements
Flooring Sales Consultant Requirements:
Time and Detail oriented, Friendly, People Person, Able to write and Verbally Communicate on a professional level, well groomed, have own transportation, and able to work a 40-hour work week including some weekends.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED equivalent. Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs.
