The Digital Marketing Manager oversees and maintains all of Butler’s Pantry brands’ social media outlets, and websites. This position will be responsible for maintaining an active presence on all social media platforms and updating content on all websites, while staying up to date on new trends, technologies, and methods.
Your COMMITMENT to us:
GET THE JOB DONE (The necessary stuff)
- Collaborate with team to develop and approve a brand-specific content marketing editorial schedule (social, email, direct mail, newsletters and website content) that is executed on time and with published weekly metric reporting
- Maintain an active presence and consistent voice for all Butler’s Pantry brands represented on social media platforms through updated written and visual content, as well as a continuous pursuit of engagement opportunities
- Assist in the creation and management of paid advertising campaigns on social platforms to drive brand awareness and conversions
- Work with team to uphold and curate brand standards - each unique ‘voice’ per brand
- Organize photoshoots and help stylize all photographed products, food tastings, team photos, projects and opportunities to ensure images are updated regularly and positively represent all brands
- Manage photo library
- Collaborate with designers, photographers, and other stakeholders to produce high-quality content
- Collaborate with team to create any written form of communication - blogs, eblasts, internal communications (Butler’s Bytes), and more
- Provide Wordpress support for end-to-end website development: design, develop, test, and fix bugs as necessary
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop department goals and determine KPI’s that coincide with the overall strategic plan for Butler’s Pantry
- Collect, review and take action on Collaborative Marketing Campaigns
- Participate in the promotion of specialty events and incentives, specific to each brand
- Conduct general market research to keep abreast of trends and competitors’ efforts/movements and regularly provide insights and appropriate courses of action to company leadership
- Stay current with all marketing technology best practices and implement per brand
- Review, digest and take proactive action on all marketing analytics that are collected and reported on
- Use data-driven insights to refine social media strategies and improve results
- Manage internal ordering of team apparel, gifts and other branded gear
- Creatively identify and explore new marketing avenues and approaches
- Pursue career development opportunities to stay abreast of trends, technology and methods

Additional Qualifications and Requirements:
A degree in Marketing, Communications or related field with at least 3 years’ experience in content creation is required. Success in this role requires the ability to be self-motivated, self- driven, and time-managed along with having passion for creativity and innovation. Other requirements include:
- Valid Driver’s License is required.
- Flexibility and commitment to working some event-based hours, including nights and weekends for capturing content at events. Flex office hours based on event hours.
- Provide event support on extremely busy (‘all hands on deck’) dates.
- Excellent and professional verbal & written communication skills.
- Skill in photography/videography.
- Basic understanding of social media advertising and analytics tools.
- Knowledge of Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite is required.
- Knowledge/experience with Wordpress, Canva, or other website platforms is required.
- Ability to handle fast pace, stress and change, in a professional manner.
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills to collaborate with internal and external constituents.
- Attention to detail, patience, and a positive, customer-centric attitude.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
