Job Description:
Our company is seeking a skilled Cloud PI Developer to join our team. As a Cloud PI Developer, you will play a critical role in implementing functionality from the product backlog and ensuring the successful execution of testing-related tasks. Your primary focus will be on building and modernizing interfaces based on existing interfaces and new business requirements using SAP Cloud PI (CPI). You will work collaboratively with other team members, infrastructure, security, and various partners to ensure that features meet business needs.
Major Duties:
- Implement functionality from the product backlog, as managed by the product owner.
- Determine the size of user stories to efficiently plan and execute tasks.
- Perform unit-testing of software and create automated test scripts, as well as execute all other testing-related tasks.
- Validate deliverables against acceptance tests defined in user stories.
- Generate necessary documentation as directed or needed for the development process.
- Collaborate closely with other team members, infrastructure, security, and partners to ensure that the developed features align with business requirements.
- Follow industry-standard agile software design methodology for development and documentation.
- Assist in the modernization of legacy software systems.
Requirements (Must-Haves):
- Demonstrated experience with Cloud PI (CPI) should be clearly showcased in the candidate's work experience on the resume.
- Proven experience working in an agile environment for a minimum of 1-3 years.
- Previous experience in a team-oriented development environment for a minimum of 1-3 years.
- 1-3 years of hands-on experience with SAP Cloud PI (CPI).
- Ability to develop modern interfaces based on existing interfaces and new business requirements.
- Excellent collaborative skills to work well with other team members and provide coaching on PI/CPI development.
- A degree in Engineering/Technology or Information Technology discipline or equivalent experience (University Degree - 4 years or equivalent).
