The Senior Marketing Campaign Manager plays a pivotal role in optimizing the customer journey driving acquisition and revenue growth through data-driven marketing initiatives. In this role, you will be primarily responsible for managing and supporting a full funnel strategy through nurture, conversational marketing, event promotion, working with the team on acquisition and expansion execution, with deep collaboration with the brand and content marketing team. You will dig deep on analyzing performance to help move users through the funnel efficiently and effectively. This role requires a combination of solid execution, copywriting, and analytical skills.
What you'll do
- Drive pipeline by planning and executing lead generating programs, producing the assets (email, landing pages) and building marketing programs from point-in-time and automated triggered programs in HubSpot to nurture leads
- Oversee the end-to-end campaign management and execution of key CRM programs, including A/B test plans, building audience segmentation, campaign deployment, and analysis.
- Build a foundation of subscriber growth via owned channels including email, CRM Marketing, funnel optimization, landing page building and testing for conversion rate optimization, and more
- Establish KPIs and metrics to measure the effectiveness of lifecycle marketing campaigns, regularly report on performance, and make data-driven recommendations.
- Work closely with sales and product teams to identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling to existing clients.
- Partner with Creative team on campaign design and execution
- Collaborate with cross-functional team members in Content Marketing and Product Marketing to develop messaging and content appropriate for target personas
- Establish a high-quality first-party database, utilize 3rd party enrichment, create meaningful cohorts, and guide the customer journey to improve conversion to opportunity
- Be the team’s Hubspot expert, email marketing and segmentation expert with experience in funnel optimization and building
