Marketing and Design Coordinator

THIS POSITION CAN BE BASED IN DALLAS TX or INDIO, CA

The Marketing & Design Coordinator will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to provide support for the day-to-day marketing operations, department initiatives, creative design, brand presentations, and event materials. Responsibilities include, but not limited to, the following:

Marketing & Creative Design:

· Graphic Design: Lead and contribute to the visual design of multiple projects including, but not limited to, point of sales, packaging, new product imagery, advertising, printed collateral, website, and presentation decks.

· Social Media Activation: Work with the marketing team and visually support the day-to-day social strategy for Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and TikTok to grow brand awareness, followers, and engagement.

· Email Marketing: Responsible for creating and sending marketing emails from the company for launches of new products, special events, company news, and sales.

· Website management and maintenance: Edit and redesign our Website as needed, updating content, adding new products, graphics, videos, advertising banners, etc.

· Reporting: Set up and monitor SEO and analytics, provide regular reporting on engagement and performance. Provide insights to marketing leadership and ideas to address opportunities for improvement.

Coordination & Tactical Support:

· Event materials: Manage inventory and ensure all special events and promotions have the right support materials.

· Samples: Manage sample shipments to influencers, media, investors, etc.…

· Calendar: Make sure the marketing calendar on the brand website is up to date.

· Standards: Collaborate with the marketing agency of record to ensure brand standards are being adhered to.

AdHoc: Perform other related duties and projects as required.

What you need for this position:

· Advanced knowledge of current graphic design (and related) software applications like Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, Canva Pro, iMovie, iDesign. Interactive design skills a bonus (Flash and/or After Effects).

· Ability to be a team player and wear multiple hats when necessary

· Exceptional written communication, Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

· Self-motivation, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn.

· Ability to work independently and in a challenging and fast-paced environment

· Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and responsibilities.

Education Requirements

· College degree or equivalent with 2-3 years of relevant work experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,500.00 per year
