Job Summary
BVK is looking for the perfect creative partner to discover, facilitate, and supervise content production partners across a wide range of clients. As a full-time position, our Producer will work closely with our social & content team to draft budgets, build schedules, find crew, and provide production support from pre-production to final delivery. We’re looking for someone who isn’t afraid to innovate — leveraging contemporary filmmaking tools and resources to produce work that is optimized for the platforms it will be viewed. Responsibilities
- Provide production support at a variety of budget levels
- Collaborate with Account Social Creative teams to design an adaptable & scalable workflow for digital/social content productions
- Help ideate, concept, and script creative content storytelling and outputs with Account Social Creative teams
- Communicate with clients throughout all stages of production with schedules, shot lists, timelines, and deliveries
- Decide how to best execute a production between all available internal and external production resources with an eye towards optimization
- Maintain the creative integrity of our agency as our content output increases
- Draft production budgets for incoming work to ensure proper scope and profitability
- Work with CFO to design and update a profitable production menu offering for clients
- Issue and track POs for all external vendors and independent contractors
- Establish and build upon a network of production partners for production & post
- Oversee media management solutions for our rapidly growing Social Team to maximize productivity and meet the demands of a contemporary content studio
Qualifications and Skills
- At least (3) years working at an advertising agency OR a commercial production company in a producing capacity
- Experience working on film sets and coordinating with production vendors
- Comfortable with creating and presenting production materials to clients
- Knowledge of the post-production process for live action animation
- Ability to take creative concept and generate a creative production solution on time and on budget
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in non-traditional ways
- Knowledge of basic copyright and IP experience managing licensed assets (stock, music)
- Negotiation skills to develop and foster and national freelance production roster
- Editing experience preferred
