Role Overview :
We are searching for a temp Host who embodies our brand's dedication to superior customer service. As the initial point of contact, you'll set the tone for our customers' boutique experience, ensuring it reflects our brand's reputation for luxury and exclusivity.
Key Responsibilities :
- Greet all visitors warmly upon entry, giving them an immediate sense of luxury and attention to their needs.
- Organize and manage waiting areas, ensuring Clients are attended to promptly and comfortably.
- Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring smooth transitions for customers meeting with sales consultants.
- Supported the sales team with gift wrapping and provided beverage servers.
- Ensure that the wrapping station remains clean, tidy, and free of any debris.
- Communicate effectively with sales and leadership teams to promptly meet customer needs.
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in a customer service or host role, preferably in luxury retail.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and connect with a diverse clientele.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility in scheduling, including weekends and holidays.
- Knowledge of the luxury market and current fashion trends is a plus.
