Key Responsibilities:

  • Reservation Management: Handle booking requests for flights, hotels, car rentals, and other travel-related services
  • Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless booking process
  • Travel Planning: Assist clients in creating customized travel itineraries based on their preferences and budget
  • Sales and Upselling: Promote additional travel services and products to enhance the client’s travel experience
  • Database Maintenance: Maintain accurate records of all reservations and client interactions in the company's database
  • Payment Processing: Manage payment transactions and ensure all bookings are processed correctly and promptly
  • Market Research: Stay updated on the latest travel trends, destinations, and industry changes to provide clients with the best options
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure all client needs are met and contribute to a positive team environment

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Previous experience in the travel industry or a related field is preferred
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in using travel booking software and other relevant computer applications
  • Organization: Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Sales Ability: Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and upsell travel products
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to accommodate clients' needs
