We are hiring a Website Build Coach!
Location: Rochester Hills MI
Pay Rate: $50-60K/year
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday; 8:00am - 5:00pm
Job Duties:
- Send level-specific new client form.
- Post a check list in the client Slack channel delineating steps of future project.
- Schedule a meeting between client, assigned coach(es), and build team to outline roles and expectations.
- Discuss SEO with SEO team member.
- Collect and organize client assets for each department.
- Explain the build schedule to the client and provide an update during your weekly call.
- Maintain and update deadlines for all website build tasks in Notion.
- Have proper status notes before each production meeting.
- Properly communicate the client's site design goals with the design team.
- Communicate any client changes to development, design, and/or writing.
- Coordinate and schedule the website's quality control.
- Work closely with the other team members to meet client goals.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 3 years of WordPress experience.
- 2-3 years digital marketing experience including SEO
- Home Services industry experience a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Collaboration with internal teams
- Adhere to process protocols.
- Apply established protocols in a timely manner.
- Communicate professionally via remote means with clients and your team members to exchange information.
- Assess the accuracy and thoroughness of your work.
- Prioritize and effectively manage time with little supervision.
- Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
- Work collaboratively in a remote workspace with team members as well as clients to deliver a high level of service to our clients.
Salary : $50,000 - $60,000
