What a Sales Representative Does:

• Deliver sales presentations to clients/prospects over the telephone, identifying client needs and promoting product offerings and services
• Build, manage and maintain positive relationships with existing and prospective clients
• Implement a sales strategy to ensure sales targets are met or exceeded
• Manage a high volume of inbound/outbound telephone calls and emails
• Utilize CRM program to place orders and maintain an accurate customer contact database
• Stay up to date with product offerings/services

What the Company Will Expect From You:

• 2 years of previous sales experience or related customer service experience
• Previous experience working in a call centre environment is a strong asset
• Previous experience using a sales/CRM program is an asset (Salesforce experience is preferred)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Highly self-motivated and positive attitude
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
