Position Summary:
ByoPlanet International is the global leader of spray disinfection technology. As a part of the Research and Development team, you will be handling routine and advanced duties for R&D managers. Your work will be at the forefront of the fight against COVID-19 and other infectious diseases.
Working at ByoPlanet is fast-paced and exciting. As R&D Logistics coordinator you will play a key role by coordinating communication with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and clients. You will be managing special projects and providing general support to the entire R&D team. This position is open for our Athens, GA office.
Job Duties:
- Manage special projects including facilities improvements, hiring efforts, and marketing collateral generation
- Coordinate communication between various internal departments, external contractors, vendors, and clients
- Project and budget tracking and reporting
- Coordinate shipping, office purchasing, and travel for the team
- Other duties as necessary to assist the R&D managers and team members
Skills & Abilities
- Established project management skills
- Self-motivated & takes initiative to solve problems in creative ways
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple parallel efforts
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
Qualifications
- Previous experience managing multi-week projects with multiple stakeholders against a defined schedule
- 4-year degree in a related field is a plus
- Extensive familiarity with Microsoft Office suite of products
- Curiosity & passion for the development of new technology
