Job Description-Delivery Technician
General: The Delivery Technician uses service and educational skills to ensure safe delivery, setup and use of equipment.
Responsible
To: The General Manager
Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Complies with all applicable organizational policies and procedures.
2. Delivers, assembles, and picks up all equipment.
3. Educates customers in proper use and care of all equipment in a home setting.
4. Completes written patient visit reports, following setup and follow-up visits in a timely accurate manner.
5. Maintains clean and orderly vehicle.
6. Reports equipment hazards and/or product incidents as required by organization policy.
7. Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent and current driver license.
Experience/
Knowledge: Prefer 1 year experience the HME industry
Supervises: None
Physical Requirement:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to walk; sit; stand; use hands to handle, or feel, and, talk and hear. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.
