Assistant Manager Responsibilities:
- Collections account management
- Customer service
- Help ensure branch compliance
- Assist with lending/credit origination
Hours for Assistant Manager:
- Full-time (40 hours)
- 5-day work week
- No Sundays
- Most Saturdays 8-3 with a weekday off
- 8-5 or 11-8 during the week
- Occasional overtime with OT pay
Assistant Manager Requirements:
- Manager, team leader, or related experience is a plus
- Collections, customer retention, or lending is a plus
- At least 2 years of experience is required
- Good customer service & computer skills
- Able to work the hours listed
- Pass a drug screen & background check
