Server/Bartender

Byrncliff Golf Resort and Banquets is looking for eager and friendly service staff for immediate hire!

Job Duties:

• Serve food and beverages to guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Bartending Duties
• Take orders and enter into POS
• Ensure that all orders are accurate and brought to each table in a timely manner
• Suggest appetizers and meals to customers based on the menu and specials
• Work closely with restaurant manager to immediately address all customer concerns and create a pleasant dining experience
• Confirm orders with the chefs and bartenders whenever a clarification is requested
• Assist with setting tables and rearranging tables to accommodate larger parties
• Deliver a consistently high level of customer service to each client and maintain a safe environment by identifying problem clients and having them removed
• Maintain an accurate cash drawer throughout the night and be able to account for any and all discrepancies in the final drawer tally
• Develop an efficient work pace that keeps the customers in the dining room satisfied at all times
• Welcome and seat guests upon arrival.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma/GED required
• 1 years’ Server and Bartender experience preferred - Will accept trainee
• Must be able to work on your feet all day
• Strong customer service skills required
• Ability to utilize a restaurant POS software platform a plus
