Schedule : Full-time, M-F, 1st shift & 2nd shift
Job Summary : We are seeking a candidate to produce quality parts within reasonable expectancies for the manufacturing department.
As a Production Assembler, you will learn how to work across team functions in bringing essential components together including parts identification, equipment operation and quality checks.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Maintain a safe, clean and orderly work environment
- Must be able to read prints and process sheets from engineering drawings and / or specifications
- Must be able to perform first piece inspection as well as in process quality checks accompanies by the required paperwork
- Must be able to properly identify parts and operate all equipment used in the assembly process and be able to identify and properly tag rejected parts
- Must understand and follow all ISO procedures
- Must be able to assist with the training of new employees, and follow all company policies and procedures
- Demonstrate ability to work successfully in team-based environments that heavily emphasizes quality, performance, cross-training and accountability
- Must be able to consistently satisfy or exceed productivity requirements
- Must be able to perform inspection process and complete all related production paperwork
- Must be able to set up equipment or machines and perform simple adjustments and minor set up of some dies

Required Skills :
- Ability to operate small hand tools, power tools and measuring equipment
- Read, learn and follow training, adhere precisely to written procedures
- Problem solving skills
- Must be able to follow detailed instruction, inspection procedures and product appearance
Physical Requirements : Prolonged standing and walking. Some lifting (not to exceed 50 lbs.) is required. Some daily computer work is required.
