Job Duties: Position offered is for an experienced landscape laborer with a minimum of three months experience in landscape labor who is able to work with and model company landscaping methods and procedures with up to 3 peers, mowing, weed trimming, and raking or clean-up of leaves with blowers, also, installation, pruning, and trimming of plants, trees, and shrubs, placing and tilling dirt, mulch, compost, and sod. General landscape labor using landscape equipment for landscape installation and maintenance. Loading and unloading of materials and equipment. Lifting required up to 50 pounds. Work performed on local area jobsites with employer provided transportation to and from the jobsites from a centralized pickup location in the specified area of employment.
3 months of experience required. On the job training. No education required.
Additional requirements: employer paid pre-hire drug test and criminal background check.
$20.00 - $25.00/hr. based on experience and performance, and $30.00 - $37.50/hr. O.T. Employer will offer 40 hours/wk. of work w/1 hour of lunch each workday, 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m., M-F, Some O.T. and weekends may be available, but is not guaranteed.
4 positions available for temporary, full-time, peak-load work.
Dates of Employment Offered: 04/01/2024 - 11/30/2024.
Jobsites located in: Hamilton, Butler, Warren, Brown, and Clermont counties Ohio; Campbell, Kenton, and Boone counties Kentucky. Employer provided transportation to and from area jobsites from a centralized pickup location in the specified area of employment.

If the worker completes 50% of the work contract period, employer will reimburse the worker for transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, employer will provide or pay for workers reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of $15.46 per day during travel to a maximum of $59.00 per day with receipts.
H2B workers will be reimbursed by check for visa and related fees in the first workweek.
The employer will provide, without charge, all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job duties.
The employer guarantees to offer work for hours equal to at least ¾ of the workdays in each 12-week period of the total employment period.
