Warehouse Clerk

The Receiving/Returns Warehouse Worker is responsible for assisting with returns authorizations in the warehouse management system. This role is a customer service role in the warehouse environment. The perfect candidate is one who has the drive to investigate and search through packages, compare information, and align all details.

Main Essential Duties and Functions of Job Position (but not limited to):

• Assist with handling returns, refurbished goods and damaged items
• Process RMAs (return authorization) in the warehouse inventory management system (WMI)
• Communicate with office / Wholesale team regarding returns
• Ensure all item return information is accurate in the system
• Label and transfer stock into the system
• Must be able to work within different channels to ensure data is correct and returns are completed properly.
• Responsible to match all data between physical return and system
• Refunding customers once all date is processed

Minimum Qualifications:

• Experience in a wholesale warehouse environment
• Ability to use a pallet jack is a plus
• Previous warehouse experience is a plus
• Must be 18 years or older and eligible to work in the US
• Must be able to read, write and speak English
• Warehouse computer system knowledge is a must
• Must be able to pass a Background Check

Desired Skill and Abilities:

• Ability to use a computer and scanner for warehouse purposes
• Knowledge of warehouse inventory software (WMI), databases and systems
• Knowledgeable and general understanding of warehouse operations (i.e. outbound shipping, how to do’s)
• Excellent communication skills with managers and team members
• Ability to learn quickly to assist with handling orders and returns

• Must be able to report to work in a timely fashion
• Regular, predictable attendance is an essential job function
• Must be available to work the standard hours and follow company protocol

Physical Requirements:

• Required to use hands to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms and talk or hear
• Must be able to up to 50lbs, sit and stand for extended periods of time, use stairs, reach, twist, bend, stretch, climb, and walk

• Must be able to work shift hours and seasonal changes based on the needs of the business
