Title: Head of Information Technology
Function: Information Technology
Reports to: Chief Financial Officer
Summary Description:
Responsible for leading all aspects of Information Technology including software applications, IT security, and infrastructure. Aligns technology solutions with the business strategy and corresponding goals and initiatives, including leveraging data and technology to improve overall efficiency and decision making. Acts as a key business partner to collaborate with senior leaders to develop and execute technology enabled IT and business strategy and processes. Uses an enterprise mindset to partner and drive innovation, continuing to evolve Martin's technology strategy.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
- Participate as a member of the Senior Leadership Team in the refinement and harmonization of the strategic plan and MBO goals to ensure that the technology objectives are aligned with the plan and goals.
- Maintain a deep understanding of business processes and support good relations between IT and other departments to ensure that information technology solutions meet the business needs.
- Work closely with application business owners to understand business priorities and the role of technology in support of business objectives.
- Provide leadership in the analysis, planning, design and implementation of tightly integrated, efficient, cost-effective, scalable solutions.
- Oversee and provide leadership role of Company's ERP system including cross department use of the system, education and training on the system, enterprise-wide business intelligence and reporting, and the enhancement and continuous improvement of the system.
- Manage a hybrid applications environment including Infor Cloudsuite Industrial ERP (SyteLine), Microsoft Office 365, Salesforce.com, iSolved HCM and HighJump WMS.
- Manage the overall performance and availability of the network and corresponding infrastructure.
- Manage and reduce risk through effective cyber-security programs encompassing solutions for external, internal, and emerging threats.
- Maximize business continuity through disaster recovery architectures and systems resilience.
- Maintains focus on emerging technologies, industry trends and best practices, to generate innovative digital solutions for products, services, processes, customer experiences, marketing channels, and business models. Incorporate findings as appropriate into the company environment.
- Develop an integrated approach to data and facilitate better use of analytics to drive business decisions.
- Prepare and manage annual department capital and operating budget. Work with vendors to supply the latest technology at competitive prices.
- Manage and ensure software licensing compliance.
- Promote an open, team-oriented environment, which encourages all levels of personnel to feel comfortable providing input to improve the Company.

Position Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or other discipline with equivalent work experience.
- Technical Expertise in application technology including ERP software utilized in a manufacturing environment (Infor Cloudsuite Industrial ERP (SyteLine) a plus), Microsoft Office 365 and Power BI, Salesforce.com, iSolved HCM and HighJump WMS.
- Oversee and implement an Information Technology security program. Knowledge of systems including Cisco, SIEM (Arctic Wolf), MFA (Duo), Patch Management, Email Security (Mimecast), EDR (Crowdstrike)
