Job Title: Creative Manager
Reports to: VP of Marketing
Division: Marketing
Summary: The Marketing Creative Manager is responsible for creating and directing the design of all creative materials to be used across multiple marketing vehicles. They are responsible for maintaining the integrity and appearance of the Banker brand identity, overseeing daily Marketing department activities, as well as managing the Marketing budget. The Marketing Creative Manager will work across multiple departments to develop and maintain effective marketing materials, visuals, and communication efforts to promote Banker Wire products and support the continued growth of the company.
Education: High school diploma or equivalency and 5 years of marketing and marketing design experience are required

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Diligently maintain company brand standards among all information avenues, and continuously work towards cohesive messaging.
- Design, create, and maintain, the company’s marketing and sales collateral including brand resources, photography, specification sheets, customer guides, training books, as well as any additional resources and disseminate to to internal and external customers as needed and requested.
- Develop and assist with execution of marketing strategies and tactics to launch specific woven and welded wire mesh products to the architectural and industrial markets.
- Design and create advertisements of various sizes and styles as well as identify appropriate and cost-effective publications to advertise within.
- Create, manage, and edit content and web pages on the company website via WordPress content management system and work closely with web development firm to maintain and launch all content as necessary.
- Monitor and coordinate with public relations firm and Marketing and Communications Coordinator on the acquisition of project information, project photography, and PR related activities while assuring that brand standards and cohesion.
- Design, order, and facilitate sample program materials, company stationary, business cards, and other materials as needed, including all private label sample programs.
- Work closely with company preferred photographer and outside photographers for product and application photography and maintain all information regarding purchased photography licenses.
- Manage and create the Marketing budget and analyze spending to offer cost-effective adjustments to vendors, materials, etc. as necessary.
- Maintain inventory and order as necessary promotional materials by coordinating with outside vendors and use knowledge to keep costs reasonable.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
