Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the department heads to ensure all information for events is documented, disseminated to the team and executed at the highest level
- Communicate values, strategies, and objectives
- Oversee all event preparation and catering service execution
- Establish and enforce organization standards
- Establish plans, budgets and results measurements
- Enforce policies and practices
- Recruit, select and train department head managers
- Post High School Education preferred
- High School Diploma (or equivalent) required
- Previous managerial experience required
- Previous catering experience required
- Adapts easily to changing deadlines
- Evaluates situations effectively
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Willingness to work long hours including weekends and holidays
- Great leadership ability
- Works well with others
