Responsibilities
Coordinate with the department heads to ensure all information for events is documented, disseminated to the team and executed at the highest level
Communicate values, strategies, and objectives
Oversee all event preparation and catering service execution
Establish and enforce organization standards
Establish plans, budgets and results measurements
Enforce policies and practices
Recruit, select and train department head managers
Education
Post High School Education preferred
High School Diploma (or equivalent) required
Qualifications
Previous managerial experience required
Previous catering experience required
Skills
Adapts easily to changing deadlines
Evaluates situations effectively
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Willingness to work long hours including weekends and holidays
