Seeking full time office manager for a multi state specialty contractor. Prior experience in the construction industry is preferred.
Position will be responsible for working closely with our estimators and project managers.
Duties will include facilitating and manage project documents, material procurement, inventory control, payroll processing, accounts receivable and payable, financial reconciliations, weekly and monthly reports for management review, maintaining local and state compliance with licensing and taxes.
Experience using Plexxis software a plus
