C Spire Home (CSH) is a consumer field organization responsible for driving sales by securing marketing contracts with owners and developers of apartment, condo, and single-family homes within the C Spire service footprint. These partnerships enable CSH to market and grow strategic consumer products and services in these communities. CSH is currently looking to fill an Account Manager, MDU (Multi-dwelling Unit) sales position. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving growth of C Spire’s strategic consumer products (Video, Internet, Voice) at specific locations where C spire has contractual marketing relationships. This position requires strong sales and relationship building skills, creativity, and the ability to work effectively across organizational boundaries.
Responsibilities
- Train and motivate property staff to recommend C Spire’s consumer products and services.
- Visiting properties within your assigned module and form strong relationships with key influencers and owners.
- Managing commissions, scheduling sales events, maintaining marketing materials on site, coordinating sales events with other C Spire sales channels to drive sales.
- Meet and exceed specific sales targets.
Qualifications
- REQUIRED:
- Minimum 2 years Account Management and/or Sales experience with proven experience required
- A proven track record for meeting/exceeding sales quotas required
- Proven customer service experience that includes problem resolution is required
- Reliable transportation
- Excellent negotiating skills
- Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent client relationship skills
- Ability to work flexible hours if required
- Highly organized and excellent time management skills
- DESIRED:
- Minimum 2 years Account Management and/or Sales experience
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications, or related field
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability and desire to meet and exceed specific sales targets
