What are the responsibilities and job description for the Housekeeping position at C&W Services?
SPECIFIC REQUIRIMENTS:
· Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
· Must be able to perform snow removal duties, such as shoveling and ice melting.
· Must be able to walk from building to building daily.
· Must demonstrate knowledge on how to use floor machines, such as side by side and other equipment.
GENERAL DUTIES:
· Trash removal, dusting, vacuuming, general housekeeping duties.
· Take trash and recycle from building to outside dumpster.
· Must be able to constantly walk up and down stairs throughout day.
· Respond to emergency calls as instructed by supervisor.
· Assist supervisor with other work order requests as needed.
· Complete other tasks as instructed by supervisor or manager.
· Must have knowledge of chemicals use and awareness.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.50 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Evening shift
- Weekend availability
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Grafton, MA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
