We are seeking a driven Marketing Manager to join C&W’s dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing campaigns. The manager should be equally proficient with day-to-day activities, while supporting long-term strategy, and should thrive under tight deadlines to meet the organization’s evolving needs. C&W Services is a subsidiary organization of Cushman & Wakefield and offers integrated facility services to more than 600 customers in the United States, Canada and Puerto Rico. This role involves working on diverse projects such as research, design, and delivery of programmatic campaigns, while leveraging marketing technology platforms and working to utilize internal support to drive collaboration across workstreams. The right candidate will have a thorough understanding of the lifecycle of demand generation efforts including: planning, design, deployment and measurement.Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop marketing plans with key targets / objectives while deploying omni-channel marketing strategy.
- Analyze client-insights, industry trends, market analysis and best practices to affect design of strategy.
- Establish and maintain analytics / reporting to extract key insights for campaign development and recommendations to enhance process.
- Project Manage vendors / suppliers / consultants to support campaign design.
- Assist in owning the design and delivery process of public-facing communications, including print / digital / video assets.
- Assist in budget development and budget ownership.
- Own Trade Show and Industry Event Strategy – manage vendors associated with the process.
- Own use and enhancement of Marketing Automation platforms to appropriately track and support Demand Generation efforts – this includes email marketing, paid media management, drip campaigns.
- Share ownership if content development roadmap and strategy.
- Ownership of social media strategy.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 3-5 years of design experience—real estate or facility management preferred
- Ability to independently achieve successful outcomes on all activities with minimal supervision
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written, oral communication skills and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to work across different audiences, personalities and experience levels
- Strong relationship management skills and ability to successfully partner with both internal and external stakeholders and project participants
- Self-motivated but works well in a group environment
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with UX, WordPress, and other CMS platforms a plus
- Photography experience and photo / video editing a plus

The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
