What Will I Be Doing?
Here are just a few things you can expect to do daily:
Team member must be able to work in a team oriented / safety conscious environment. “Safety First” expectations include, but are not limited to, PJHA process, Observation process, and all company / site safety guidelines and procedures.
Must have working knowledge of small capital projects, shutdowns, job completion expectations, Industrial applications / machinery, Microsoft Office Suite applications and CMMS. Employee will perform any and all other duties that are assigned by the responsible supervisor.
Establish and communicate net capacity for the crafts; Establish and maintain daily job status update system and identify resource requirements to meet operational needs requirements to meet operational needs.
Establish and communicate the schedule while working with the site to optimize resource leveraging opportunities.
Incorporates “run to run” plans (includes operations prep through equipment start up) in the schedule to optimize operational and contract resources.
Prepares backlog (BWB) for RC’s to review.
Ensure proper sense is established in job scheduling (task relationships such as lead/lag, start/start, start/finish, etc.) for optimal scheduling and completion of jobs with fewest resources.
Must maintain a consistent and good attendance record in accordance with Company policy.
Aware of shutdown window opportunities (local and site) within the production facility for proper planning and scheduling preparation.
Ensures that Scheduling/Planning department objectives and key metrics are met. Establish and maintain daily job status update system
Facilitates scheduling meetings. Promote C&W Services both internally and externally.
Communicates with department and customer on any discrepancies noted in service delivery. Coordinate and direct RCA’s to facilitate team growth during opportunities to improve department. Ensures compliance with all company / customer regulations, policies, and procedures.
Oversee all applicable codes, standards, and specifications.
Achieve performance expectations set forth as part of performance appraisals.
Perform assigned tasks in a safe, effective, and efficient manner with a quality of service according to standards.
Ensure team members work with scheduling department; all work is scheduled, updated, and closed appropriately.

Education: Possess a high school degree or an approved GED.
Experience: 2 years associated procedural experience / data entry
Certifications: Microsoft applications preferred.
