- Manage and motivate terminal employees
- Monitor and control terminal expenses
- Communicate with customers and carriers to ensure satisfaction
- Resolve customer complaints and issues
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, transportation, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- 5 years of experience in managing a transportation terminal
- Strong understanding of the trucking industry
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
